Welcome to One-Way Student Ministries! One-Way Student Ministries is the Student Ministry of Broadway Baptist Church. It is a ministry for teenagers in grades 6-12. We have a number of students in each grade, and we have a number of students from different schools (over 12 schools in the area). The Student Ministry exists to provide students the opportunity to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, strengthen their own faith, serve other people, spend time with Christians, and sincerely worship God.
We would love to have you visit our youth group. We have small groups on Sunday morning at 8:30 AM and 9:45 AM. This is a great opportunity to get to know the students who already attend. We also have a large youth service on Wednesday evenings at 6:30. We hang out, have Christ-exalting worship, hear a message from God’s Word, and play a game. We would love to have you visit!
The High School camping trip will be August 13 and 14. Cost of the trip is 10.00 per student. We’ll meet at the church at 3 PM on Friday and we’ll be staying at Long Creek on Table Rock Lake.
The Middle School Mission weekend will be July 23-24. We’ll meet at the FLC at 12:30 on Friday and go to two different organizations to help serve and work then return to the church at 5:30 PM. We’ll meet again on Saturday at 9:30 to work at Grand Oak Mission for two hours. We’ll return to church for lunch and be finished about 1:30. This is a great community service opportunity!

The youth department will have an outreach activity this Saturday, June 19 at a local nursing home. Students should be at the church at 9:00 AM. Following the nursing home activities we’ll return to the church to work on a youth camp project and should be finished by 1:00 PM. Please contact Jared or Deanna if you have any questions.
